E-Payment Guide
This guide is prepared for Cyber City Apartment 1
Step 1:
Press ‘Login’ to login into your own billing account.
Step 2:
Enter your username, password, and tick the agree and acknowledge T&C box before clicking ‘Login’ to gain access to your billing account.
Step 3:
To examine your current outstanding bill, go to the “Check Outstanding Balance” menu.
Step 4:
You may choose ‘Pay Full Amount’ or ‘Pay Any Amount’
Step 5:
You are required to enter your ‘Email’ and ‘Contact No’ for notification
purposes
Step 6:
Next, ensure all details are correct before click ‘Submit’
Step 7:
Verify your information. Press ‘Confirm’ to checkout and proceed for bill
payment.
Step 8:
Select your Payment Method, and enter your details accordingly.
Upon successful payment, you will be directed to ‘Outstanding Balance’ page.
Step 10:
